Celebrate Summer Solstice on this full moon forest therapy walk. On this slow, mindful walk you will be invited to connect with your senses and deepen your relationship with nature. The walk will end with tea under the full moon.
Benefits of these walks may include increased Immunity, lowered blood pressure, a sense of wholeness, or feelings of peace.
